A) No, although based in Shrewsbury we do building projects across this area of the country (Mid Wales / Telford / Oswestry / Shropshire and the West Midlands).
Q) Do I need planning permission?
A) It will depend on your property and what you are looking to do. We will able to tell you during an on-site visit, and leave you with a free no obligation quotation if you wish.
Q) Can you produce plans for our project?
A) Yes, we draw up the plans for your project and look after obtaining planning permission and building regulations.
Q) Do you use sub-contractors?
A) For gas items and specialist PVC works. We use contractors who we have been working closely with for years, and all such work is covered by our quality guarantee. All electrical, building, plastering, decorating works are done by us.
Q) How long will it take you do complete a loft conversion?
A) Typically 4 to 6 weeks.
Q) Do you provide test certificates?
A) Of course! these are important for your satisfaction and any mortgages, building regulations. Electrical certification is carried out in-house by our on-site Electrician and Gas certificates are carried out only by a Gas Safe engineer.
